How Word Merge works
Find the day's words in the grid, and merge two of them into a longer one, before the clock runs out.
Read the full Word Merge rules and tips1. One theme a day
Every word on the board belongs to the same theme, and the theme turns over each day. The words are drawn from ones you have not had, so coming back to the same theme is a different board.
2. Trace a path
Drag from letter to touching letter, in any direction, turning as often as you like. A word bends: it does not run in a straight line. You can tap letter by letter instead, and tap the last one again to put the word down. Either way a word can be traced from either end.
3. Merge two words
Two of the words on the board go together. Find both and they merge into a longer word that is not in the grid at all: STORM and CLOUD make THUNDERSTORM. The row above the word list shows how many pairs are hiding on this board.
